For institutional
allocators.
A sleeve allocation, not a core position. Institutional-standard diligence materials, IC-ready support, and a pace set by your committee.
Institutional engagement runs on your timeline, not ours. What follows is what we provide, how we prepare for your diligence, and where we fit in an institutional portfolio.
A sleeve — not a core allocation.
Institutional allocators engaging with us typically include smaller endowments, pension allocators exploring alternative-income sleeves, insurance general accounts, and institutional family offices. We do not accept commitments that would make us a material percentage of your portfolio. Our offerings are sized for sleeve allocation, not concentration.
Prepared for your diligence process.
- Institutional diligence package. Complete offering memorandum, legal opinion, operational records, corporate structure documentation, risk factors, and management bios. Formatted to institutional standards.
- Supplementary diligence responses. We respond to written diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and participate in on-site or video diligence sessions as needed.
- IC support materials. We provide IC-ready materials — executive summary, term sheet, deal memo — formatted for institutional investment committee review.
- Third-party relationships. Outside counsel, CPA engagement, institutional placement partners, custody arrangements — all available for third-party verification.
- CPA attestation engagement. Active engagement with a regional CPA firm covering FY1 operating records and NAV calculation methodology. Records are not yet audited by an independent firm; status and expected completion are disclosed in the diligence package.
We move at your pace.
Institutional diligence typically runs 8–12 weeks from initial qualification to funded position. We are prepared to move faster where you are ready, and slower where additional diligence is warranted. We do not apply timeline pressure; we assume you will move when your committee is satisfied.
How the four investor types differ.
Same products. Different paths in. Your current page is highlighted.
| Investor Type | Typical Allocation | Timeline | Primary Path |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accredited Individual | $500K–$1M typical | 4–8 weeks | 15-min intro with leadership |
| Family Office | $500K–$5M typical | 4–6 weeks | Direct CEO engagement |
| RIA / Wealth Manager | $500K+ per allocation | 6–8 weeks | Advisor desk · diligence package |
| Institutional Allocator You are here | $5M+ for active dialogue | 8–12 weeks | Full diligence + DDQ + IC support |
Some investors hold both products. Some allocate to one. The 15-min intro is the right place to think through fit.
For committee-led allocators, the diligence package is usually the right first step. If you'd rather start with a 15-minute call with leadership, that path is open too.
