Full institutional diligence engagement.
Institutional allocators (endowments, foundations, pensions, funds of funds) engage on an 8–12 week process with full outside counsel involvement. You'll receive the complete diligence data room, direct engagement with outside securities counsel on legal questions, site visits as appropriate, and CPA-attested operational records. We accommodate standard institutional DDQ formats.
