All methods are accepted by the verification partner. Choose whichever is easiest given your documentation. Most allocators use either income-based or net-worth-based verification.

Net Worth · $1M+

Excluding primary residence. Provide statements showing assets and liabilities from the last 90 days.

Income · $200K+ ($300K joint)

For each of the last 2 years, with reasonable expectation of the same. Provide tax returns or W-2s.

Professional License

Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license in good standing. CRD number sufficient for verification.

Qualifying Entity

Entity with $5M+ in assets, or where all equity owners are accredited. Provide organizing documents and asset statements.

Licensed Professional Attestation

Written confirmation from your CPA, attorney, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser within the last 90 days.

Privacy & Data Handling

Documents are transmitted via TLS 1.3 to our verification partner and processed under SOC 2 Type II controls. BettorToken does not store the underlying documents — only the certification of accredited status and its expiration date are retained. Documents are deleted from the verification partner within 30 days of certification issuance.

Independent verification in under 10 minutes.

BettorToken uses an independent third-party verification service. Once you verify, the certification is valid for 90 days and applies to any BettorToken offering.

01Select your method. Choose the accreditation basis that matches your documentation.
02Provide identity details. Encrypted and held by the verification partner only.
03Upload supporting documents. Brokerage statements, W-2s, CPA letters, or license info.
04Automated review. Typically 60–120 seconds; complex cases reviewed manually within 2 business days.
05Certificate issued. Valid for 90 days, reusable across offerings.

Verification Partner

Verification is performed by a registered, SOC 2 Type II-certified third-party service provider integrated via API. The specific provider name is disclosed to participants on request.
