Plaid integration · degraded performance · 12 min
Upstream Plaid API returned elevated error rates between 14:08–14:20 ET on March 14. New investor accreditation flows experienced delays during this window. No data was lost. No subscriptions failed. The portal automatically retried failed verification calls once Plaid recovered. Root cause was Plaid-side; we have since added a circuit-breaker to fall back to a queued-retry pattern if upstream latency exceeds 4 seconds.
