Information you provide directly
When you request the diligence package, begin subscription, or contact us, we collect: name, email address, phone number, entity affiliation, accredited-investor attestation, and similar onboarding information. When you proceed to subscription, we collect additional KYC/AML information as required by law, including identification documents, source-of-funds information, and banking information.
Information collected automatically
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors navigate the site. This includes IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and approximate geographic region. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Information from third parties
During verification we receive information from Plaid (identity and bank verification), our third-party accreditation-verification service, and OFAC screening providers. These parties operate under their own privacy policies, linked from our diligence package.
